Do I need to sign up again?

No, your service and billing continue automatically.

What do you use to deodorize cans?

We use a proprietary, enzyme-based deodorizer called Trash Can Tonic. It’s eco-friendly, best-in-class, and proven to eliminate odors at the source.

What’s different with Clean Cans’ system?

Clean Cans uses advanced scheduling and routing software to keep service consistent and reliable. Customers also benefit from two-way texting with our office and drivers at 407-318-2717 for reminders, notifications, or quick questions.

Will my cleaning day change?

Your service will continue the day after trash pickup (or the most practical day if trash and recycling fall separately). If there are any route or service day changes, we’ll always let you know in advance and send reminders by text and email 2 days and 1 day before your cleaning.

Will my price change?

There are no immediate changes to your Bin Gator pricing. If adjustments are ever needed, we’ll communicate them transparently and with plenty of notice.
