Welcome to Clean Cans. By using our trash can cleaning services, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our services.
Clean Cans provides trash can cleaning services on a monthly, twice monthly, weekly, or one-time clean basis. Our cleaning services are provided to the best of our ability and in accordance with our route and truck availability.
Billing and Payment Terms
Customers will be charged at the time of signup and, if they have signed up for a recurring service frequency, on the first of each month. Customers must have an active or up-to-date payment method in our system to allow payment to be processed. We will not schedule any services until payment has been received. We only accept credit or debit card payments. Customers can update their payment information at any time by contacting our customer service team.
Scheduling and Notification Policy
We schedule our services according to our route and truck availability and with regard to the garbage pickup days that the customer provides at the time of signup. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate information to avoid any revisit charges or scheduling errors. We will send an SMS notification to the customer the day before service to remind them to leave their can(s) available for cleaning. If can(s) are not available for cleaning and we have not been notified after our SMS schedule reminder, typically, we will not reschedule, credit or refund. It is at our discretion whether to reschedule or credit for any missed service that were not the fault of Clean Cans.
Customers can cancel their service at any time by calling us at 321-402-4470 or emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancellations must be requested before the next billing date. Any cancellations occurring after billing will not be refunded. If can(s) are available for cleaning after a cancellation request and payment has been made for the month, we will complete the service. If a customer cancels their service after only one cleaning on a recurring service signup, we will charge the customer the difference for a one-time clean.
