Now that cooler weather is just around the corner, it’s the perfect time to head outside! What better way to take in the cooler weather and beautiful landscape of Orlando than to head to a golf course?! Mr. Clean Can is here with his favorite local golf courses that you’ve got to check out!

Shingle Creek Golf Club

Voted the best golf course in Orlando of 2021, Shingle Creek Golf Club is a must visit! The location alone makes it top the list of best golf courses. Shingle Creek Golf Club is located just minutes from the Orlando International Airport and the Orange County Convention Center.

Aside from the fantastic location, this golf course has a lot to offer. The course design makes for an enjoyable experience. While you’re golfing, you can take in the beauty of the course while being surrounded by beautiful nature and wildlife.

According to their website, the course is, “Designed by the renowned Arnold Palmer Design Company, the Palmer legacy is found in a handcrafted course with design features reminiscent of the finest classics in the world.” Book a tee time online today!

Eagle Creek Golf Club

Also conveniently located just minutes from the Orlando International Airport, Eagle Creek Golf Club is another one of our favorite courses in Orlando! This course was designed by world-renowned golf course architects, Howard Swan and Ron Garl.

When you visit this course, you’ll feel as though you’ve stepped foot into the Scottish or English countryside. The reason for this is because the bunkers and bulkheads are inspired by those found in Scotland and England! Something unique about this course is that it’s the first Florida golf course to use Mini-Verde grass which allows for fast and durable putting surfaces.

Disney’s Lake Buena Vista Golf Course

Of course we have to include one of Disney’s golf courses in this list! The Lake Buena Vista Golf Course is one you don’t want to miss. It’s classic country club style has hosted the PGA tour, the LPGA Tour, and USGA events.

A notable feature of this course is its elevated bunkers that, “put a premium on accurate approach shots”, according to Disney’s website. Our favorite part? The opportunity to play on Disney property while taking in the beauty of Disney’s gorgeous resorts.

Book a tee time at the “Happiest Place on TURF” today! You can also book a tee time at any of the other Disney golf courses…they’re all great!
